Refund policy
Damaged, Defective or Misprinted Products
We take quality seriously. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or misprinted, please reach out to us within 10 days of delivery. Beyond this window, we won't be able to process a claim, so please check your order as soon as it arrives.
To raise a request, send us an unboxing video along with clear photos of the product and your order details at hello@winky-cats.com or DM us on Instagram. Claims without an unboxing video may not be accepted.
Broken Products
Received something broken? Raise the issue within 10 days of delivery. Please send us an unboxing video along with photos of the broken product and the original packaging showing the shipping label and your details clearly. This helps us verify and process your request faster.
Lost in Transit
If your order hasn't arrived and is suspected to be lost, reach out to us within 10 days of the estimated delivery date. We'll investigate and get back to you.
Customised Orders
All Winky Cats cases are made to order, just for you. Because of this, we do not accept returns or offer refunds for change of mind, size, or color. Please review your order carefully before placing it. If you'd like a different size or color, a new order will need to be placed.
Cancellations
If you'd like to cancel your order, reach out to us as soon as possible. If your order hasn't entered production yet, we'll cancel it and process a full refund. Once it's been printed or shipped, cancellation won't be possible and the order will follow its normal delivery process.
Undelivered Orders
If your order is returned to us due to reasons like an incorrect address, failed delivery attempts, premises being closed, or refusal at the door, please contact us immediately. We'll do our best to reship it to you. Please note that providing the correct delivery address at the time of placing the order is your responsibility. Address corrections after the order has shipped may attract an additional charge.
Refunds
Once your claim is approved, we will process a full refund to your original payment method within 7 to 10 business days. No store credits, no drama.
